Combining three key elements: Tech Module, Worktask Platforms, and Technology Integration, Schiavello's ProActive work environment provides a cost-effective and fluid environment to meet the changing requirements of business, technology and people at work.

1. Tech Module
   A work point or worktask platform, not a workstation, the Tech Module provides a 'home base' where technology is housed. It works as a building block that defines areas and sets spatial zones independent of the internal building configuration.
   
   
2. Work Task Platforms
   These are the platforms on which tasks are performed, and include the many worktops, storage units and peripheral items combined to match the needs of the tasks. They may be linked to the Tech Module or simply mobile and abut it.
   
   
3. Technology Integration
   The Tech Module has been designed to accommodate and integrate current and future technology requirements of voice, data, video, CRT monitors, flatscreen monitors, CPU hardware, infra-red and wireless communications, voice activated computing, power and lighting (task and direct lighting).
